another late night at the office

Well its been a pretty hectic week for me. Between trying to get packed for the move to seattle, and trying to get as many people with unfinished work in as I can before I leave. I havent had much time for anything else. Once I get to seattle and setteled ill start putting this thing to use a little more often. As for now this ones all i got.

Got to do a little more work on one of the guys from the shops girlfriend tonight. Still got a ways to-go. She showed up a little late so I wasn't able to get as far along as I would have liked to, but that'll have to do till I come back to AZ for another visit

WELCOME!

welcome to my blog.

new shit for today

did this on an awesome girl named tanya. she came in wanting a sacred heart with a lotus. brought me some art nouveau books that she really liked the designs in. and this is what i came up for her. since this picture ive gone in and did a soft gray wash background. ill post pictures of it as soon as she comes back in with the healed product.

just a quick sketch of a wierd skull. might get painted but not really sure yet. guess youll have have to check back to see if it happens.

finished up this painting last night. i went to ikea a few days ago and found these frames. so i bought 4 of them. and this was the first of the paintings for the frames. 3 more to go.

this ones on a guy names rob. who is in the? you guessed it right. the navy. he was stationed in italy and has some really intresting stories about that place. sounds like a nice place to VISIT.

did a sketch for this at the shop on one of the many slow days lately. finished up the painting a few days ago also. not really to happy with the finished product. but you win some you lose some. this one would be a loss. FAIL!

this is on a crazy sum biotch. mykil zepp. a good friend and fellow tattooer. its covering up a pretty gnarly scar that he got on his fixie bike. mind you this guy is 6'5" and about 285lbs and a ginger.

this is on a fellow named jeff. him and his wife were about to have there first child. at the time we started this tattoo. he has since had the baby and now has this tattoo for his new family.

a subject im not really to comfortable with. i thought id give it a go and i think it turned out for my first attempt at this Japanese stuff. a lot more pratice is needed though.

painted this over a few days worth of work. dont know if you can really make it out in this picture but i dropped my brush with black paint on it and it landed on the Hawaiian girl. but you cant really tell. that much anyways. its and old mike malone flash sheet that i re-did.

this is what happens when its slow at the shop and there is a dirt spot that doesnt grow grass anyways.
